The Bahasa Malay (Malaysian) quote appears to read 'Dog, I eat cat'. I have no idea what that's supposed to say about the Malaysian people, but that is the literal translation of those words.
The Singaporean quote may be a slang rendition spelling of 'So Hi, Ci bai (or Chee bai)', ci bai being a Mandarin term for 'pussy'.
I don't know what the Filipino quote is but people I've played DoTA 2 with on South-East Asian servers tend to throw the term around when they're trying to insult another player so it's probably not good.
