I'm kinda more put off by the Enchanted Shield of Virtue...

I believe in the director of Eva 1.11.

I think it's a pretty cool name. Catchy too.
"Enchanted Shield of Virtue!"
Say that to someones face and check out their expression.

You can never be quite sure if these things have been posted:
A scan featuring EVA-00 (obviously) preparing for operation yashima.

I didn't notice the Nerv logo on the shield before. I thought they would do away with the old logo entirely but that doesn't seem to be the case.

First time was here (without the magazine text)

Same picture here:

But I've never noticed the Nerv logo on the shield before. It does look like the old one. The new one seems a little too busy to me, maybe they'll reserve using the new ones only on posters and tickets and stuff.

I love super robot shit, so I like the Enchanted Shield of Virtue thing.
As for that website...well, I didn't understand a word of it, but I did laugh at the logo, as it looked like Evangelion Goatse.

He was warrior and mystic, ogre and saint, the fox and the innocent, chivalrous, ruthless, less than a god, more than a man. There is no measuring Muad'Dib's motives by ordinary standards. In the moment of his triumph, he saw the death prepared for him, yet he accepted the treachery. Can you say he did this out of a sense of justice? Whose justice, then? Remember, we speak now of the Muad'Dib who ordered battle drums made from his enemies' skins, the Muad'Dib who denied the conventions of his ducal past with a wave of the hand, saying merely: "I am the Kwisatz Haderach. That is reason enough."

Well it's better than just calling it the Shield from the bottom of a Space Shuttle?

lol, good point
In my case, I refuse to go easy on the ignorant, regardless of degree. Hitler was ignorant. Joshua C. Whatshisface is ignorant. To me, they're in the same category of ignorant and stupid people who should have been left in some isolated corner of the world where they couldn't bother anyone. --The Eva Monkey

Yeah, but it doesnt sound nearly as retarded.
I guess you're right, they should have just said Shield of Virtue or something.
