Yep, EVA-01 glows in the dark now...

Is it me, or Shogouki looks rather small in this picture? Or I have to asume that those high-tension towers are just frigging huge

It's rebuild of Evangelion. You have to understand that it's new, and they change what they want.

And this shield is absolutely not important... I hope we'll see Eva-01 type F though!!!

Ha, "No Photographs". Someone's gonna have some 'splainin' to do! The tag in those pictures says "Bandai Model Kit"... More Eva plamo, yay! I always thought the LMHGs were quite nice. I'd like to see someone get some of these new models and paint them in the original color schemes, since I don't care much for the new ones.

Those shoulders look ridiculously wide, I hope it's just a bad model.
I liked their design in EoE where their more extreme features were tonned down, they were much more believable and scary.

So is it going to be the white sections or yellow that glow all sexy in the dark on Eva 00?

I was thinking the white but that would mean funky fully lit up legs. So I'm thinking maybe Eva 00 (Yellow) hasn't been gifted with the sexy glow in the dark features and those will come in Film 2 when she gets a whole new paint job.

The white is definitely a welcome addition on the pre-makeover 00 in my books!

Btw, did anyone notice the knife in the model display and the pic of 01 on Anno's page? Looks like an interesting departure from the over-sized bowie knife 01 had before.

I still like the Buzz Lightyear comment earlier. I can just picture Eva-01. *01 getting hit by the first angel* "Buzz-Buzz-Buzz Lightyear to the rescue!"

It glows so that Shinji will be even MORE frightened when he sees it the first time.
