I guess so, but what I infer from the trailers this time there's a lot more spectacle and variation in those segments to better mask the routine.
Persona is a dungeon crawler at its heart, but it's always very inventive in its setting and writing was above the standard of JRPGs.
But I guess the biggest draw to this series (for me at least) is that I feel like I experience the most stylish game possible.
Also, it's repetitiveness makes it kinda addicting, with just enough depth to not get boring.
But my last Persona was 10 years ago, when I was a Teenager, so who knows how I'll enjoy it as an adult, now.
At least America has a release date. I get the sinking feeling, I won't be able to play it until Summer 2017, if I don't resort to an import. Releasing it with such big intervals between regions is something I thought we'd have finally left behind.
I get that ATLUS doesn't have the resources of Squenix, but it's still kinda disappointing.
Yes, but there's already some controversy popping up. Apparently they elevated Morgana's head so it covers up the blond girls chest in the American version. They might have also done it, to not have the ESBR sticker covering all of the cat's face, idk. Kinda throws the harmony of the art off-balance, though.
That being said, yeah, the Japanese one's cooler, but it's also much more expensive. But I don't share the sentiment, that the steel case looks ugly. I think it looks rather slick, to be honest.
