The Origin of village 03 and it's connection with WILLE before the real third impact
I was watching the part of the village 03 in the movie and I noticed that around the village there are several destroyed military vehicles like VTOLs and also UN transport cars and a downed WILLE VTOL if we add to that the ruins of the nerv facilities that seems to have destroyed by a bombing in the village. was there a battle before the actual third impact during the rebellion? What are your theories on how the village was form?

The ruined buildings could be ruins from Second Impact, as seen at the beginning of Jo :
But there's still the issue of the ruined NERV building with an Eva cage near the lake, it could be that it was destroyed by one of Japan's many earthquakes (assuming the turned to core world still had them) and never repaired because it didn't served any purpose anymore.

Kensuke is a military otaku who, at one point, is shown creepily taking pictures of girls to sell. He would clearly fit right in as an animator at Studio Gainax. -- Compiling_Autumn
EoTV is a therapist, EoE is a drill instructor. -- Chuckman
Seriously, that is the most fananked theory I've ever heard, more than Mari being Marty McFly travelling through time to keep her parents (Asushin) together. -- Jäeger

It may be remnants of the second impact but that would not explain the UN army VTOLs suspended in the air on the outskirts of the village, WILLE's VTOL shot down when Shinji walks next to Touji and he tells him that he no longer has to fight and When he is with Kensuke on the way to the river and the outskirts of the village for the first time, a couple of abandoned military vehicles are seen on the road with damage that seems to be caused by explosives or firearms.

My best guess is that those vehicles were damaged during WILLE's rebellion, when they fought against the NERV personnel loyal to SEELE (or still manipulated by them), then Third Impact happened and turned everyone and everyone to core, until the place gets purified some time later to establish Village-3.

Not exactly a world war, more like a global rebellion centered around the NERV bases around the world. (depending on how far did Kaji's network managed to infiltrate the NERV facilities)
