Cool. picked up my Blu ray from yamada tech today after work. Since I pre ordered, I got a sweet Eva 3.33 tumbler too. Pics to follow when I feel like it. おやすみなさい！

I have to say that I am a little disappointed that there isn't going to be any additional scenes for 3.33. Some scenes will have the animation fixed or whatnot but nothing big. But lucky for me, I am living in Seoul currently for work and they are showing it in theaters on 25th.

I'm actually still very surprised how quick some orders came for you guys before the release date. I'd tried to order from CDJapan but was a bit confused about the shipping process and then found myself ordering from Amazon Japan instead.

I ordered from there as well, and mine's out for delivery today. I was quite pleased they were projecting a Friday/Monday delivery, then when it shipped it was supposed to be Thursday. So it arriving a day after release is good in my book. (And if going by actual day of the month, it is release date)

So I was walking home today after my final exam all happy and confident that I did good and I check the mail just for the heck of it not expecting anything. And guess what, I see the movie in my mailbox. Oh man this is such a good day so far for me~ Nothing like watching this film now that Im on summer break~

I ordered from CD Japan and I used regular airmail with no tracking. they approximated about 12 days for it to be delivered, but it came in 3 (note they shipped it early on Monday). Today is the 24th, which is the official date for the Jap release, Im so impressed that I have it in my hands on release date :rei_hissyfit:

EDIT: Now that I think of it, I'm sure I heard this song in the background when I opened the mailbox

Today turned out to be a better day all in the course of 5 minutes. Got a call for an interview for a new/second job and as soon as I hung up KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK delivery man with my blu-ray.
