Decent plugsuit, but why do people who cosplay her insist on doing so with wigs that look so horribly fake? Asuka has a huge range of hair colors to choose from, and most of them look perfectly natural. Why not get a wig that looks like natural hair? This seriously, seriously baffles me (and is one reason I gave Jersey such high marks; her costumes are decent, but she uses her own damn hair when she can, and it makes a world of difference).

Agreed. Love the cosplay though. IF I cosplay for whatever con I'd hypothetically go to (Misato? Minako?), I'd consider straightening and coloring depending on the character. Coloring my eyebrows sounds like a pain though! I honestly think just changing up your natural hair for cosplay (IF you can) does make it more authentic, though I understand it's a pain for various reasons.
