I bet Rei would look nice with slightly longer hair too, just not super-long like in some fanart and the GoS2 manga (though she doesn't look bad that way either).

It's been speculated that this chapter has Lil' Shinji trying to learn to swim and drowning/Yui saving him (thus the "humans aren't made to float!" line from the anime). Wouldn't surprise me if that's how it goes but I guess we'll see.

I believe that later in Anima that he cuts it short. At least, that's what I observed from some pictures I don't remember where I found..

Semi-OP: My mum has hair like Yui's. It's sometimes scary.
