Going to try my hand at a direct english to Japanese translation here because this chapter's finally deviating a bit from EoE.

Here's my typeset-ready formatted script, I skipped two rather unimportant pages (please refer to arael's translation, big thanks to him, by the way) because I am bad with speech like that.
If you are into moonspeak, I did some heavy rewording throughout the bubbles because lolgrammar so please don't be surprised.
If something sounds awkward in english, please tell me, too.

The hard part is keeping the order of information and spreading the text amongst the bubbles without messing up.
And my primary aim was to provide something someone could immediately work on with concise placements.
I think your summary is much better for someone who wants to know what happened in Stage 91, but if someone wants to typeset it, he'd be lost and make additional adjustments that could really mess up a thing or two.

And you missed the part with the photos and the meaning of the scene where he walks between a bunch of women is completely different.

Ah, that too... I left it like "let them speak ill of them" 'cuz in the spanish manga I have, during the other version of that scene, he is thinking about it, so I guessed that he "let them go on" instead of asking them "not to keep going"... That or the scanlation I used is poorly translated XD

I doubt 13 will be the final volume. They haven't even started Instrumentality yet.

Given how the manga seems to add additional content to explain things more literally (take the manga version of episode 20 being almost a volume long), my projection is that this will end at Volume 15.

I saw the article. There's a postcard set and a 50-page artbook bundled with the volume. That's a lot of giveaways so It looks like Vol 13 will be the last one.

Then again, these things never seem to really end.

I really wonder which is going to end first, Sadamoto's manga or New Movie Edition. Perhaps Sadamoto will try to coincide with Final being released next year in 2013? Possibly end his Manga around the same time as Final's release?

I guess either Volume 13 or Volume 14 is going to be the final manga volume with how the pre-order premium edition sounds (anybody here think they'd order the pre-order edition?), I wonder how likely it would be for Viz to release something similar to this premium edition IF Volume 13 is the final manga volume.

I guess the first manga illustrations from each manga Stage would be in color(?), but IIRC whether or not those are the Stage titles or just something else depends on each Stage.

I hope the manga finishes after 4.0. It'd be very poetic that the manga has been going from beginning till the final end of the franchise. But of course that'd all be ruined if Anno decides to do a Rebuild of the Rebuild in the future.
Though, aside from it being poetic, I want to see Sadamoto try to incorporate some of the Rebuild story line stuff into the manga.

I'd like for Sadamoto to add an Alternate Universe snippet in the manga during Instrumentality, so that he could use it as an excuse to add Mari to the manga at least.
Furthermore, I really would like to see him go further into post Instrumentality.

Something tells me Anno'd want a Rebuild of Eva manga (with Mari), but Sadamoto probably won't be up to it. It'd be hard for him to muster up the passion again.

I'm tempted to for the extras, but I've made up my mind to buy the manga in one package once it's done. Rather not waste money on duplicates [regardless of it being limited edition].

I assume it'd be in black/white since that's how they were done originally. I doubt he'd want to go back to redo the them in color.

You know, this is the type of thing you don't question, and just enjoy at it's marvelous beauty that is... sexualizing 14 year old girls.

...I think it is obvious this wasn't made for a American audience, especially considering that 13 is the age of consent.
