Why on Earth would you want to spoil yourself on a whodunit game? Ignorance makes it fun.

Well I imported and bought the official release of Fist of the North Star, Ken's Rage. The reason I bring it up was because there was extra violence added to the US release at least, I don't remember what happened for Europe. At the time I didn't think Fist of the North Star or Warriors games had enough fans to get an official release in America. I have to say comparably the extra gore was mostly silly. In the Japanese one people still exploded into puddles, the puddles were just bigger in America? Also their skin changed color before they exploded that's all I remember really ...

Well that makes me mad, censorship in any form bugs me. . . .But then again, given how Rapey Berserk got in later installments maybe it's for the best.

The Last Guardian got delayed got delayed until December 6th. What a shame, what a shame. I was actually thinking about the game last night, since late October is one of my favorite times of the year and it'd be sweet to be playing this then with the window open and the fall breeze coming in and all that crap. December doesn't really work for me, but, what can ya do?

Everyone anticipating FF XV, I feeeel yer pain.

Here's hoping Resident Evil VII comes out when it's supposed to!

Man, all these games that I was looking forward to that should have been there to occupy the transition from summer to fall and from fall to winter are disappearing from that release window. My backlog is huge enough that I've really got nothing to worry about but still, it's hard to adjust expectations after having them set and getting hyped for it.

I've bought a PS4 solely for playing The Last Guardian and FFXV and did so in Summer, because I got a great deal - 300€ for console 1TB + 2 controllers.
Now I feel cheated. Not only could I have a newer PS4 now, but the whole purpose of buying it so early is gone.

Seems like, I'll be playing Bloodborne.

Yea, I'm sure this happened to a pretty good amount of people. It's definitely a downer. Plus, the two games are coming out a week apart and it doesn't seem like FF XV is something one can beat in a week(unless they forsake sleep and food), and there are those who can't afford to buy two full priced games one after the other.

I actually begin my yearly rewatch of NGE on December 5th too, so my free time will probably be with that instead of TLG. The sorrows of being an Evageek.

In that case, your PS4 can still be put to great use.

So where do we talk about the PlayStation Pro? How many people agree that it's worth buying?

Eurogamer describes a little more what they could try to do about it:
The ASA has the power to have advertisements it believes are in breach of its code of conduct withdrawn, and prevent them from appearing again. If an advertiser refuses to comply with an ASA ruling, it can impose sanctions, such as asking internet search websites to remove a marketer's paid-for search ads.

I tried playing Armoured Core 4 and For Answer. They were OK but kinda clunky, and the story seemed kinda just...there. The NEXT customizer is boss though.

I tried them but I found them ridiculously overwhelming. Just so much given to you at once and its so easy to make the wrong decisions and work yourself into a hole.

It's why I play them, the granularity. Getting better was its own reward.

First figuring how to build a robot right so it would fly? Glorious.

Timing quick thrusts so I could Take on fleets of warships, cutting them up and dodging fire a-la Gundam? Fun.

That CUBE robot who I spent 40 minutes & all my ammo beating the first time. The second time ending that round in less than 40 seconds, in two strikes, with second strike ending with my bot tearing through a building to hit his ass? PRICELESS.

But admittedly, just like the Zelda Time trials, there were cases where I looked up youtube videos of how someone did a mission, then copied it. Especially those subterranean missions where it was easy to get lost.

BTW, did neither of you play Armored Core V Or Verdict Day?

New Marvel Vs. Capcom coming out next year; http://gematsu.com/2016/12/marvel-vs-capcom-infinite-announced-ps4-xbox-one-pc Hell Yeah. :jiggy:
Love that reveal, with Ryu helping out Megaman. Apparently the word is that they're going to not include any X-Men because Marvel wants to promote their cinematic universe, which is going to ruffle some feathers for sure, but I like my fighters to come from Capcom, so I'm not sweating it, haha. Plus, I don't understand this desire by so many people to find something to whine about whenever any new piece of media is announced, but I guess haters gonna hate.

I'd absolutely love if Leon Kennedy was included in his Resident Evil 2 garb, as it's one of my favorite character designs ever, but that's probably a long shot. Claire or Ada would be nice additions as well. I'd also love to see Sakura or BB Hood come back to represent MvC 2, too.

So many conflicted feelings about this. The first game ended perfectly but, I kind of want to see what happened to Joel and Ellie.
