PS4 requires PSplus to play online. What the fuck are they smoking over there? Not worth it for MGS5, especially since that's the only game I'll buy it for.

This is the key. I mean, I do care about having to go online every 24 hours, but if I didn't this would still be a deal breaker. What happens when Microsoft decides their Xbox One servers are no longer "commercially viable" and get rid of them? They've already killed Xbox Live on the original Xbox.

While bad, that's the exact same as it is now. If a publisher wants to ship their game with a serial key and restrict it to one registration they can already do that. Hell, that's how it is on the PC and has been for over a decade.

Doubtful. Nomura's a Disney nerd, not a Marvel fan or a Warsie. If new worlds do show up, they'll more than likely be from the disney animated canon or a film based on a Disney attraction like PotC was. The Disney/Pixar collabs, maybe... but Marvel or Star Wars? That's just silly.

I dont see it being silly at all, but I'm not even sure if Square can even use those worlds due to the SW license now being with EA, and I think Marvel is with Activision, that being said if they do use Pixar worlds I could only see a few working well(Toy Story,Incredibles,Wall-E.)
