Took a while to settled on this one, it's Kurumi Tokisaki from Date A Live in Spirit mode. I'm thinking of a having a twin tailed character of the month or fortnight.

Someone had her as an avatar and that got my curious about the series, which is usually where it starts. Although Kotori is the first twin tailed character to show up, the crazy side of Kurumi vs. her sweet side is what I like about her.
