I like the attention they paid to certain, ahem, details on those Lawson cards. I never noticed before that all the rebuild evas are hung like stallions.

Yeah, no idea why Honda decided that the blades on the pelvic plates ought to be MORE prominent...

Not that these ever really meant anything. Yamashita's done a couple of illustrations of the Evas as giant-breasted women, and they're STILL wearing those zany pelvic armor pieces.

I guess it's there in case the Evas want to use a pelvic thrust attack on an Angel's core.

I think it's just the way Mari's drawn ("I'm not evil, I'm just drawn that way"), but I guess only time will tell whether she's more sane or more INsane compared to the other pilots. >_>

Honestly, wouldn't that be the most unintentionally hilarious thing in Eva history? By trying to make Kaworu come off as more attuned to his Eva he just pilots the damn thing sans plug suit.

But with little turbo boosters or whatever and a lance... I mean, why the hell does an Eva need to joust? And Newtype didn't even mention that weird left arm clampy thing, something I hoped they would elaborate on. Blowtype more like.
