Looks like Asuka is ready to slip over onto Rei's shoulder. Rude awakening on deck... _________________ "IGNORE ME!" - The Galactic Inquisitor

Is that a cookbook? (looks like a plate of roadkill stew) |

Asuka must've stolen that cookbook from Shinji. I mean, he seems to be the only guy who actually knows how to cook in the show. |

A Swedish translation of a book by an English chef about French cooking. Conspiracy, perhaps?

Uh... how exactly do we know that this is a Newtype scan/Rebuild related? And if it is, where's the rest of the article (or do they usually have stand-alone pictures)? _________________ No nifty rotation. So...

Newtype's articles tend to have the text written over the images (I have one issue of Newtype Japan and about 20 or so issues of Newtype USA laying around my room). Though I'm curious about the exact sauce myself.
At any rate, pretty picture is pretty. _________________ || ~Take care of yourself, I need you~ ||

All kidding aside, yes, nice picture. ...I wonder if Mari or Kaworu is hanging out in the tree above them (Kaworu of course would be naked) |

Must be Reece.
Possibly Eileen Reece, French Family Cooking, London, 1979.
(Not sure if I got the right book, since I can't read Swedish, but it is definitely a Swedish edition of a UK book). _________________ Software Error. Press left mouse button to continue.

Küchenchef apparently means chef
Thanks for correcting my lousy reading.
So it's
The French food (or cuisine, how do you want to translate it) by Chef Eileen Reece
and Asuka's reading it in swedish? Weird... |
