Yup, my live action interpretation of Rei has dyed hair. I know some fans might have mixed feelings about it, but I can't resist tossing a touch of goth / punk in simply because it's so much fun to depict her that way. :grin:

The two alternatives to dyed hair would be to just give her black hair or depict her as an albino, but giving her black hair with some dyed blue highlights is my preferred option.

@Timstuff: I'm liking that pic, real nice. I really like how you shaded it, and while the hair dye looks, "unique," I really like it and its a nice touch. Good job. :thumbsup:

I'll say it beforehand: I can't draw plugsuits at all. Asuka's face and hair took less than a minute, but the plugsuit...Just don't look too hard at anything, not even the face.

She originally had an interesting look on her face, but I changed it into a more generic facial expression.

yeah i really dislike the fact that its on a tele
but like i said i didnt make it and if i tried to photoshop a new one i would miserably (i suck at photoshop)
but i guess the tele kinda fits seeing as how Asuka has the country guitar theme

I haven't even the damnedest idea what a 'Tele' is.

@Oedipusfoot - Have you ever tried taping your picture to a wall, then setting the camera on a flat surface and then taking the picture, as opposed to just holding it? I think that might work in lieu of a scanner.
