Not exactly; the strategy of Lillith as a progenitor seems to be to start life at the beginning, make it look natural, and let intelligent life evolve on its own, with souls provided by Lillith. Thus, human nature was not a given or a known quantity until after we evolved, billions of years after she got here. Therefor, the FAR would have had no way to predict just how selfish and stupid humans like the Seele gang and the Katsuragi expedition could get, because it was not pre-programed or predictable. Ergo, they still cannot be held accountable for the evils of Seele and others.

At least we know the CI states that 2I "blew Adam completely apart". That seems to fall in line with the other existing arguments on this thread.
