I posted a while ago. It wasn't even that much of an idea, to be honest, involving Toji and a sleepwalking Asuka.
Something different that came to my mind a few days ago, though.
Takes place in an AU where Yui and Kyoko are the ones alive instead of their husbands.
Unknown to their classmates, Shinji and Asuka are in a lesbian relationship. They act normally while in public but as soon as they get home, the clothes come off and sexy stuff starts. And I mean they are so crazily inseparable that they literally rip off each other's clothes if the other takes too long to get ready after arriving home. They eat together (with Asuka giving Shinji cunnilingus while the latter is cooking and Shinji returning the favor under the table while the former is eating), they sleep together (in the nude), they go to the bathroom together (and sit on each other's lap while doing their business), they even bathe together (with requisite bathtub sex every day).
Yui knows about the girls doing naughty stuff; they don't actually do it in front of her but there's no way for her not to know, considering that they aren't exactly subtle or quiet about it, even when they know Yui is right next door. She's also oddly casual and dismissive about it, which should be the reader's first clue that something isn't right.
It would be revealed eventually that Yui and Kyoko started using a pheromone-derived bullshit-hentai-aphrodisiac on their daughters from an early age. Shinji and Asuka became an item at the ripe age of six, albeit it was restricted to handholding and chaste kissing in private. At the age of eight, the girls started french-kissing; at the age of nine, they started to touch each other in a sexual way and at the age of ten, they began deliberate sexual stimulation of each other. When they turned twelve, Kyoko brought them several other sex toys, including an adjustable strap-on with fake ejaculation capabilities (which the girls usually use lukewarm tap water for). In any case, the current situation isn't quite snazzy either. Shinji is on friendly terms with Mana, but it's rather strained by constant interruptions from a jealous Asuka. Shinji isn't trying to cheat on Asuka, Asuka is the one being overly jealous; Asuka also doesn't like acting like that, but she just can't help it. So in order to prevent a yandere escalation, the two slip Mana some of the bullshit-aphrodisiac and bring her home for a threesome.
To be absolutely clear, the bullshit-aphrodisiac doesn't mind control or anything like that; it simply lowers inhibitions and causes a spike in sexual desire. In other words, giving it to Mana causes Mana to feel all hot and bothered and be more receptive to sexual advances she'd normally reject out of embarrassment. It doesn't turn her into a sex-crazed slut, it merely turns "Iyaaa~, don't touch me there!" into "Well... *averts eyes with a blush* okay..." So the mental image here is that of Mana lying on her back, holding hands with a masturbating Shinji and biting her lower lips with eyes squeezed shut while Asuka is slowly claiming Mana's virginity with the strap-on. Afterwards, Shinji kisses a panting, freshly-orgasmed Mana on the lips and promises to be the one using the strap-on next time.
Optionally, there could be a side-story later where Shinji and Asuka have a foursome with Toji and Kensuke just to see what it's like to do it with a guy. Highlights would include the foreplay between Shinji and Kensuke getting interrupted by Toji and Asuka getting into an argument because the condom Asuka bought is too small for Toji, Toji insists that if he pulls it on anyway, it's going to tear apart during sex, and Asuka counter-insists that there's no way he's putting his dick inside her without protection. The argument finally ends with an aroused and frustrated Asuka throwing on some clothes (but not underwear) and running off to buy a bigger condom. She ends up buying two on the basis that, since the previous ones she bought are of the same size and fit Kensuke, this way both Toji and Kensuke have two condoms, meaning the girls can switch partners.
