While Kensuke suffers because Asuka, whom he loves, dies in 2.0 because of a sniping battle with Shinji; then Rei, who is his hidden sister and ends up learning advanced programming, dies because Armisael shoots at her in 3.0; and in the end he realises how cute Hikari is (and Hikari tells him "take off your glasses, you look cuter without them") but she has cancer and dies too in 4.0. The End.
Will they update the EVA sites like, ever? I'm really tired of searching for info about 2.0 and not finding any in the official sites nor in Japanese fansites and stuff.
Any word on REBUILD 2.0 yet?

There's absolutely nothing new in the official site, no clues in the EVASTORE, the Khara site is still outdated, GAINAX site seems to worry about everything except EVA (Daicon Girl is so hot, though!) and readable anime news sites have no info about EVA excepting rankings of the EVA 1.01 DVD sales.
If there are no news from here to a couple more months, I do quit EVA and go watch Avatar or something.

I still wish Anno would've gmade entirely new anime or live action film. Of coure Eva is best but Shiki-Jitsu, Kare Kano and Gunbuster are all fantastic too :(

Nah. At least I have no plans on Locking it, seeing as some form of news finally showed up. (Any posts that are off topic from here on out though, I'd delete.)
Unless he does something really kewl and original in last two movies...
I still wouldn't put it past him to make 2.0 and 3.0 it's own creation instead of being mostly a remake with some new scenes ala 1.0. Granted we probably won't get anything mind-bogglingly amazing like EoE until 4.0, but never say never.
