I heard it was something that was wrecked in the Shamshel fight- one of those gazillion bits of collateral damage caused by flailing tentacles and a fleeing Eva. At least it's good to see collateral damage happen- other than the Sachiel fight, there's no significant mention of the damage caused or the lives lost in Angel attacks, or the effect it has on the inhabitants of Tokyo-3. Even after Zeruel's demolition spree, we see only Nerv HQ being repaired and hear very little of what else was going on- the dead civilians whose shelters must have been hit by crucifix blasts, or new armor plates being fitted to replace the ones Zeruel pile-drived.

i really like the color of this things and if you see the molds are the same as the rebuild 01, so if the second eva is some kind of eva2.0 preview or is just gainax crappy money maker repaints?

In the Series, Misato was Capitan and Promoted to Major. Apparently in this (Rebuild), she's Lieutenant Colonel or some such thing.

I predict that the "Dance Like You Want To Win!" sequence will be incredible.

New visuals + revamped BGM = wet pants.

THEY HAVE TO KEEP THAT SCENE IN! It was one of my favorite moments in the series.

Asuka, Rei and Shinji all look like they're going to go psycho on Zeruel (If that's him they're facing, is he going to be the same old thing?), and Misato looks like she's slapping Ritsuko over the Leliel rescue operation. And those crucifixes and the things reflected in GG's glasses...what are they?

The Adams have their "cores" in wierd places- all of them are higher up in the chest or at the base of the throat, and the last of them has one as a third eye of sorts. Peculiar.

They are the giant cross-shaped things in Eva 2.0 that do mysterious things potentially unique to 2.0's scenario.

Or it's just Zeruel blowing shit up.

I was looking at GG's glasses, and the shot angle suggests she's looking up at the sky. I thought I saw what looked like waves of aircraft incoming.

Finally watched the trailer for the hell of it.

- I never wanted to deal with EGK ever again. I don't care if she has little horns now.
- Eva-03 seems to have a white "waistband" now.
- Something strange and red spreading from Eva-04's "accident". Also, giant cross and what is probably ANOTHER rainbow... Whatever happened here, I doubt there's a Dirac Sea anywhere.
- WTF is wrong with Eva-06's torso?
- "ADAMS" and "LILIN+?" - lol,ok.
- Animation from the "Kaji delivers Adam" sequences. Uh-oh.
- It's EMK! RUN!!! (I see no plugsuit, just a lack of white shirt.)

I put the trailer on YouTube for those who might want to see it without spoiling Rebuild 01.

It looks like a lot of stuff will be covered in Rebuild 02, assuming that the re-used shots from the series are still in the same context (Misato slapping Ritsuko, etc). My guess is that the film will end after Eva-01 destroys Zeruel and eats the S2 organ.

Just had a brain storm for the subtitle. If something like it isn't n Rebuild 2.0, it will probably be in 3.0 or 4.0. ANd if its not, it should.
