To be fair I think this was meant to "leak".
Maybe they thought putting it on the khara channel as if it were a traditional trailer would feel unnatural.

I remember when the Dragon Ball Super Broly movie ended up being posted by someone on Pornhub.Imagine what a scandal if a part of Shin Eva ended up on some platform of pornographic sitesA "real" one would be a portion or the entirety of Shin Eva being leaked on the internet in high quality, now that'd be super scandalous.

BernardoCairo If I remember correctly a big part of that film was leaked and spoiled due to people who had seen the premier, it does not seem absurd to me to think that Toei, now aware that the most important details of the film were around on the web, decided to take advantage by this saying in their heads: by now the film has already been spoiled so we should increase the hype even more by confirming the leaks.Toei leaked DBS Broly themselves, through trailers on YouTube hahaha! Somehow they thought that it would be a good idea to reveal Gogeta's cameo a few days before launch. It was an absurd. I mean, five trailers? Seriously? Why? hahaha!
Heaven Piercing Man right, I remember the Dragon Ball Super episode titles were pretty much synopsis.Considering Toei are the world champions of spoiling the audience with EPISODE TITLES, they should be kept away from promoting anything.
I don't think we will have any other trailers or previews for a few months if the film really comes out in Summer or 2022. An incredible pity though is the fact that One Last Kiss was wasted to some extent, this may just be my point from a personal point of view but that preview and that TV commercial don't give me the same kind of hype that the December 24th trailer managed to give me.I know very well that many people on this forum will hate me for this but I really hope that in a one way or another the ending of this movie and some plot details will be leaked soon after its release, I'm sorry but now the curiosity is too big for me.I don't know how much power Toei has on the production of the 3.0 + 1.0 trailers. But I'm not betting on none (considering their background in the matter)...

"One Last Kiss" was supposed to be the last trailer before launch, hence it showed us more material than the previous one. That should have been the big "bomb" before release. It was meticulously crafted to generate as much hype as possible, while also not revealing much of the movie's main plot.
I can't even begin to imagine how they would manage to "top it", without revealing an important element of the story, or something like that.
If you think about it, even this new teaser shouldn't have that much weight behind it. It only has because the movie was delayed.
I know in fact when I saw if the Internet all those trailers, I wondered if they weren't exaggerating. I already knew the ending of the film, but nothing stopped me from going to see it with my friends the same day it was shown at the cinema for the first time in my country. We had too much hype, the trailer of Gogeta I realy excited me lot, especially for the animations.I totally agree with you about One Last Kiss. It had to be the right time to conclude with the Rebuilds saga and that song about those images was perfect to give us hype. I think some parts of the text were inserted over specific images just to make us say: Oh my God what the hell is going to happen? An example of this is Kaworu's frame perfectly matched with the phrase Can You Give One Last Kiss, and the last frame of Shinji and his purple eyes with the phrase I Love You More Your Ever Now really give me the knowledge that finally we were one step away from our goal.Maybe, but you know what? Those guys were revealing crucial details of the movie since the third trailer (long before the spoilers leaked). I remember seen many members of the community saying that, due to the lack of surprises, we would go to the movie theaters just to see "images moving". Looking at it today, it wasn't quite like that. But Toei really revealed a lot.
