Not sure why Misato, vegeta and Gwen from Ben ten are in the list lol. I also don't know every adaptation out there so can't really rank them. For me there is only one "soryu" tier Asuka and that is the parallel universe childhood friend Asuka from episode 26. It's a shame the manga adaptation The Shinji Ikari Raising Project could not do her justice.

Interesting to see that you used "shikinami" as the label for the worst tier.
