Hold on though: /a/ tells me - and a quick search on that page for 庵野 seems to agree - that Anno is not mentioned on the page, although Masayuki and Tsurumaki certainly are. /a/ also contends that Anno was mentioned on the page and then removed therefrom, which could be true or bullshit ass-covering of the sort /a/ enjoys performing to cover their retreat from a thread.

Anno is doing key animation in Rebuild.
As for whether he's directing a P&S episode...hmm. It wouldn't surprise me if Anno was mentioned and his name was removed. You'd think that Gainax would want to keep something like that as a surprise and give that its own announcement. On the other hand, /a/ could easily have gotten it wrong.

-Shinji Higuchi, the mastermind behind Evangelion's action sequences, is storyboarding the action for episode 6; episode 6 was called "specially gore-y" by people that have seen it.
-Episode 9 is Shin Itagaki, the guy behind the GIMMY DICK PW in Gurren-Lagann.
-Episode 10 is by Osamu Kobayashi, the infamous director of Gurren-Lagann episode 4. He won't be directing the animation, however.
-Episode 11, AKA: episode 6, is the episode in which the "plot" kicks in. Written by Masahiko Ootsuka, directed and storyboarded by Imaishi and with AD by Atsushi Nishigori. Episode 11, called "Demonic Woman", is the first 24 minutes long episode of the show.
-Kazuya Tsurumaki and Masayuki of FLCL and Evangelion fame will be working in future episodes.
