One thing I noticed while watching Eva 2.22 is that when Gendo goes to the moon to look at Seele's Mark 06 project, there is a being beside the Eva unit that looks like a black Lilith.

Could this be a different Seed? Could it be Adam? Or did Seele somehow transport the Lilith on the cross all the way to the moon?

It's just Eva-06 in the process of being armored up. Though what looked like exposed black skin around the head region did make "Lilith antithesis" come to mind.
