They're never mentioned, so the implication is that they don't exist in NTE.
Hikari's family is probably the one that's gone through the most changes. In NGE, her elder sister Kodama and younger sister Nozomi were the only mentioned family members and we never got to see them onscreen. In NTE, she has her kid (boy? girl?) Tsubame with Toji - named after a Shinkansen service like Kodama and Nozomi, and her father Benzaemon makes a brief appearance even though he was completely absent in NGE. No clue whether Hikari, Kensuke and Toji have their mothers in the NTE continuity either, since it was either implicit (or explicit in Kensuke's case) that their mothers were dead in NGE.
