Ken is a very special boy, he loves video games, music but the thing he loves the most is anime!

Ken says to himself as he licks off the cheeto dust of his fingers while logging off TV Tropes. Yes, today is indeed an important day! The day Ken has been waiting for all year! Actually, he hasn't left his room all year until today.

MOOOOOOM, CAN YOU DRIVE ME TO THE CONVENTION CENTER?

shouts Ken, as he takes a sip of his bottle of mountain dew. Equipped with money from the state and his mother, his mom drives him to the convention center. He ate another bag of Doritos on the way and rubbed the dust off on his good pair of khaki cargo shorts.

FUCK YOU MOM YOU CAN GO AWAY NOW!

belches Ken, as he adjusts his trilby, not a fedora, as it is commonly mistaken for and fixes his shoulder length hair into a beautiful pony tail, radiant as the red hot burning morning sun due to the grease in said hair. As his mother drives away while crying, Ken scouts the area like an eagle looking for its prey. Onlookers were intimidated at the mere sight of this man of great physique and manly pheromone-laden smell and fled as quickly as they could whenever they made eye contact. His XXL- sized "U MAD BRO?" t-shirt and leather trenchcoat blew in the wind with such greatness as is only expected from statues of great men like Napoleon or the Emperor of Austria.

As he stepped into the convention center with his sandals from target, he was awestruck by the huge amount of cosplayers!

HOLY COW! SO MANY BABES! I CANT EVEN DECIDE WHO I AM GOING TO MEET AND FUCK FIRST!

shouts Ken like nobody is around. Getting ready by slipping on his fingerless gloves, he heads to battle. He heads straight towards a Nee-yon Phil Collins Ivanczelion cosplayer, draped in red latex from head to toe. She had flowing blonde hair but Ken did not care for appearances anyway, as "every 3DPD is below me anyway".

HELLO! NICE SHOES MY NAME IS KEN

says Ken, as he suavely starts a conversation.
Ken lowers his voice to sound like someone who is not underaged and continues with

M'LADY?

Hi, my name is Jane, but you can call me Bitch, honey! I love your hat! Also I don't wear any shoes! You're funny.

said Bitch all the way while giggling. Ken knew he had it in the pocket, he didn't even take the time to smirk. With his piercing eyes he undressed her right then and there.

I'VE HAD BETTER BUT I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO DO

said Ken dismissively. Bitch got so wet that you could smell it in the air and said

KEN! PLEASE MAKE LOVE TO ME!

ALRIGHT BITCH BUT I HAVE TO CALL MY MOTHER TO DRIVE US TO MY PLACE FIRST

It's still under construction but I think it turned out well, what do you guys reckon?

Cheetos, mountain dew, all-caps dialogue, TVtropes user, he's named ken, all the requisite parts are there (though I expected him to wear an "Anime Pro" t shirt). I'm anxiously awaiting the next installment.

That anthropomorphic studios idea is superb.

Anyway, I've had a few ideas.

First is a Kill la Kill fic; a fic that expands on Nui's backstory and portrays her more sympathetically.

SPOILER: Show

For example, it could show her early life, showing her as a happy girl/life fibre abomination that just wants to sew. Slowly, however, Ragyo and her "attentions" wear her down until she is utterly broken, and little more than an obedient frilly doll for Discomilf. This culminates in the "present" of KLK, showing her offscreen moments as a broken wreck of a girl.

Another idea I had was Super Mahou Shoujo Wars; basically Super Robot Wars but with magical girls instead of robots. The "plot" is that some interdimensional entity is hosting a grand magical tournament, and invites a bunch of magical girls from various different franchises to compete. You could have the Sailor Senshi, Puella Magi, Pretty Cure team (one of them anyway), Sakura Kinamoto and friends, the Nanoha cast, Sally from the classic 60s series Sally the Witch, Corrector Yui (if you wanted to go obscure), even the characters from the Black Rock Shooter multiverse if you wanted variety. It would start off as a straight-up team-based tournament, but slowly the girls would discover that there's more than meets the eye to the tournament...

Obviously it would be a very, very, very silly fic, complete with rivalry, mockery of each other's outfits/powers, and no small amount of yuri.

Neither of these fic ideas are very original, but I just thought I'd put them up here.

Tentative title: Pathologies or The Quiet Cave

After watching Silence of the Lambs I had this idea for a fic where Batman is a Hannibal Lecter-style sociopathic murderer. He finally snapped and killed the Joker and continued down that path to point where his rogue's gallery had essentially become a hit list. They are killed in ironic manners, having to do with their gimmicks/characteristics, as the Batman seems to have developed a (sick) sense of humor. He was captured and imprisoned (haven't decided if there should or shouldn't be other superheroes in this Elseworlds tale) and was succeeded by Robin (I'm thinking Dick Grayson). When a serial killer terrorizes the city of Gotham with the murders of vigilantes and villains alike (or just one of the two, if both seems unnecessary/doesn't make sense), the new Batman must enlist the help of his mentor. This would essentially be a more comic book-y Silence of the Lambs. But if that's not of much interest I think just keeping the premise and letting it play out differently could work too, maybe even better.

Tentative title: Hearts in Darkness (taken from Batman #681)

A reverse fic where Batman is the thief and Catwoman the crime fighter. Billionaire heiress Selina Kyle is known to the public as a promiscuous party animal who spends her deceased parents money without doing any real work. It is known that she graduated from a prestigious college, prompting some to call her "Paris Hilton with a brain." But at night she is the feline fighter of crime, the Catwoman. Feared (and adored) by Gotham's underworld, Selina finds herself questioning her dedication to justice when a thief known as the Batman sparks something within her. As she tails the rugged bandit, Selina learns more about the troubled soul of Bruce Wayne.

I'm thinking of keeping Catwoman's playfulness and Batman's brooding austerity in tact for this story. Catwoman would have to be intellectually superior to her would-be lover. I think Bruce Wayne could have grown up as a petty thug on the streets of Gotham, mirroring Catwoman's upbringing in mainstream continuity. Her archenemy would be Harley Queen, with the Jester as a partner/sidekick. If the fic ends up being a long one other characters could start popping up too.

Extra: Kris Anka's design of Catwoman would be how she appears in the story.

I thought I'd change her name to Queen for this one, as she would be the main antagonist instead of the Joker, who would be Harley Queen's Jester. It's really just to indicate her superior position and higher sense of self-worth in the fic.

I have no problems with a story that has Batman killing, simply because he has had a history in comics of taking out people. I mean, it's there: while I like his no-firearms/no-killing rule, I think it's a much easier one to stretch. That being said....I...don't know about serial killer Batman. It feels like Dracula Batman, and that got weird. I mean, if it's good, it's good. If you can make the story work, then go for it. Personally, though....I can't see it.

The second one, though....that could be a comic run. I like that idea. I think that's an idea with potential. I would read me the hell out of that.

That being said....I...don't know about serial killer Batman. It feels like Dracula Batman, and that got weird.

Yeah, I really only came up with that one because I'd just seen Silence of the Lambs and felt inspired. It would be like an Elseworlds tale, back when they did those. I don't plan on writing it, at least not now, since I've yet to have a single fanfic to my name. I don't think I'm ready for a fic that requires that amount of dedication/investment. The second one is definitely something I could work with though. It's a much more simple idea that sounds fun to write.

If anyone feels like doing a fic where Batman becomes a Hannibal Lecter-like serial killer in the scenario I described above, and feels confident in writing at the level of prose required for such a fic, you have my blessing. Not that I hold any intellectual ownership over an idea I'm sure someone's already come up with.

Well, the fic whose idea I posted does include Eva characters in at least one draft, so I don't see why not. I suppose it depends on just how not-the-focus they are.

Possible title: The Adventures of Batboy and Robin

Summary: Batman, Bruce Wayne, is dead. Slain by his arch nemesis the Joker, Batman left the city of Gotham without its greatest protector. His ward and successor, Dick Grayson, could not bear to take on the mantle of the Batman. He felt he was unworthy of the cape and cowl. Dick blamed himself for his mentor’s death. Robin continued to fight crime alone, inheriting Batman’s tendency towards solitude and brooding bitterness. But one fateful night he is rescued from certain death at the hands of a returned Joker. His savior? Batboy the all-new Boy Wonder!

Notes: I'd feel reluctant to write this one, if only because I'd have to write "Dick" far too many times than I can handle and sometimes in awkward contexts. "Dick went limp as the Joker strangled him into unconsciousness."
Batboy would either be Jason Todd or Tim Drake. I don't really know if it would make a difference though.

I don't write much fan fiction (the one I'm working on now is really the only one I've ever put to paper), because I prefer to write original stories that could actually be published one day. That said, I do have an idea for a Harry Potter sequel story that's been floating around in my head. It follows the kids introduced in the epilogue to Deathly Hallows, as they start their first year at Hogwarts. Harry's son Albus, much to his disappointment, has been sorted into Slytherin, where he befriends Draco Malfoy's estranged son Scorpius. There's only one problem, and that's the Lethifold Society--a radical terrorist group who believe that the Statute of Secrecy that has kept Muggles from knowing about wizards should be repealed at any cost.

I have an idea for a Sailor Moon fanfic an Usagi x Mamoru one called Born on the Same Planet, Our Miracle Romance.

Basic plot is Serenity and Endymion are reborn with different names and are born in different countries and they still manage to fall in love.

So I really wanna do a prologue showing the rebirth in Moon Kingdom days.

And how they meet is they start out as penpals for school and then he moves near her.

Sailor Moon Classic happens and then you get your happy ending.

Summary: "Abraham Jay-Jedediah Simpson II succumbed to heart failure at 8:29 PM on December 17, 2004. He is survived by his son, Homer Jay Simpson, who is married with a wife, Marjorie Simpson nee Bouvier, and three children, Bartholomew JoJo Simpson, Lisa Marie Simpson and Margaret Evelyn Simpson. Abe, as he was called, was..." Lisa read her Grandpa's obituary and a sick feeling grew within her, eventually dulling into an anxiousness she could hide underneath a deadpan expression and guarded pose. She hadn't seen Grandpa in ages. She hadn't seen her family in ages. Lisa expected to feel nothing if and when she ever heard one of them, save Mom, had passed. Wasn't that what she promised herself when she moved to Portland? Bart, last she heard, was "rolling" with those old school bullies somewhere in New Jersey. No one expected him to amount to much, so he did what everyone expected of him. Maggie grew up into a teenage girl true to her generation's tendency towards being stuck between a state of lethargy and nihilism borne by a culture that taught her to bury compassion beneath a thin veil of pseudo-informed indifference. Dad was an alcoholic, morbidly obese slob who lost his job and expected Mom to stay with him. And she did. Lisa resented that, but she still loved her. And, to her surprise, still loved all of them. At least enough to want to be with them for the funeral. And she wanted to see what had become of old Springfield after all these years.

Notes: So the reason for the title is that setting the town in an actual state just seems kind of sad for some reason. I believe Matt Groening "revealed" Springfield, Oregon to be the inspiration behind the name of the town. I thought I'd take it a step further and actually set it there. I thought this up as a "serious" take on The Simpsons where the people of Springfield and their lives are like what you'd find in the movie Happiness or, I dunno, something made by Charlie Kaufman. The more cartoonish and absurd elements of the show are played straight. This being a comedy, playing it absolutely straight obviously means it would feel like a miserable story. It sounds like a potentially depressing black comedy, but it could never be as depressing as the current state of the show.

I know modern day AUs are inherently terrible, but I want to write an ASOIAF AU where everybody is in a gang, just so I can use the following phrase in context:

Huh. I can see it now:

The Lannisters are the corrupt 'legitimate' gangsters: bankers, corporate heads, politicos who are elbow deep in the nasty doings in the city.

The Starks are the good folk, either the popular community leaders in the working class areas (union leaders or cops) who get pushed too far, and bit by bit, start to immerse themselves deeper in the underworld because they have no choice.

The Baratheons are the Kings of the City, with Robert and Ed having that relationship from way back when before Robert went full-on criminal and they just couldn't cut the ties. And in the end, it's that relationship that drags Ed down.

The Targaryans were the previous holder of Boss of Bosses, but after a particularly brutal coup, the children of the last Boss fled to Mexico (or Colombia, even better) and have ended up ingratiating themselves in one of the major cartels/syndicates, with the plans to retake their lost territory.

The Mountain and Roose Bolton are the Luca Brasis of their respective groups (those vicious bastards whose only good purpose are being vicious bastards). The Freys are the sniveling little fences and middlemen, skimping every single little favor and cost they can from their essential-but-menial position in the underworld.

God, I have more. This is too perfect, Chuckman.

Cause I'd pay to read that.

Here's an idea: A Kill Bill (bear in mind I haven't seen part 2 so don't spoil me!) fanfic in which Gogo survives her fight with the Bride, albeit with brain damage. She picks up her meteor hammer once more and goes after the Bride to avenge her slain mistress, and get payback for her defeat.

I've yet to read A Song of Ice and Fire, but I've seen enough of the TV series and read enough excerpts and discussion about the books that I think a DotA 2 fic written in its style would be great.

Need to kill some popular and interesting characters? We have plenty! Need the magic and weapons expected to be in a fantasy setting and a diverse collection of cultures and sentient beings? We have those in spades! Need characters in a fantasy setting with rich backgrounds? Heck, they all come with neat little bios that together illustrate a convoluted world filled with enough excessive information to rival a mainstream comic book continuity!

That last one might be a bit of a stretch, but it gets my point across. I really got hooked on the original Warcraft III game map thanks to my friends and now I'm playing the Valve game on a regular basis, so I really would like some kind of narrative set to the concept presented in the game. Defense of the Ancients, Radiant versus Dire. Could be pretty cool.

I haven't put too much thought to this, but I think Sven would make a good primary/initial protagonist. The main big bads could be Invoker and/or the trio of demons in the Umbral Pact (Shadow Fiend, Doom, Shadow Demon). But like ASoIaF, there wouldn't really be a clear primary protagonist/antagonist. At least not for the entirety of the story.

Sven could be killed off like Ned Stark, making the world of DotA as merciless and morally gray as ASoIaF/GoT.
