Watching this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvuL0IBjuhE) I noticed one thing, one of the frames shows Shinji scared by the flash of light, I do not know if anyone noticed before but it is an interesting discovery.

It reminds me of the scene that'd later be in 1.0, with Nerv agents picking Shinji up.

Ah, yup, it's around 1:27 on the Netflix timestamp of the NGE opening. It reminds me of the NTE 1.0 agent pickup scene too. Wonder why it was included in the NGE opening?
