Probably very similarly as in her 2.0 scene, even if roles are reversed. She would kick Shinji or something.

Asuka would probably blush at first, then get mad at Shinji's carelessness. I also believe that she would be terrified of Pen² at first, just like Shinji.

Idk if this would really say anything since it's not exactly "canon" so to speak, but a similar scenario (or at least part of it) does play out in the AU sequence in Ep 26 so that could be an indication as to how Asuka might react to that.
