Nowhere, as far as I know. The only reason we even know of its existence is the... S2 Works booklet, if I remember correctly? And Anno's original lyrics don't fit the melody so they'd have to be rewritten anyway.

(While there is a Japanese version of KST, "Come sweet death second impact" sung by Megumi Hayashibara, its lyrics are different.)
