Hello everybody I decided to open this thread because this interview of Miyamura has caught my interest:

I thought that Yui, Gendo, Kaji and Misato would not be part of the new world because they were definitely dead but instead the Asuka's voice actress mentioned Yui practically said that she believe that maybe there could be a possibility that in addition to Kaworu and Rei other dead characters can be reborn in the new world.

So I ask you to help me indulge Miyamura's desire for fans to end the story by giving me your opinion on this question I've been asking myself since I read her interview.

You believe that this can realy happened?

If is yes Gendo, Yui, Kaji and Misato will remember Shinji and what happened to them before their death?

For you what will Shinji and the other characters do if they meet again?

I would like to know your opinion on this and discuss together about it.

Where was this interview from? Its a nice interpretation of the ending but how kosher is it? Personally, I'd like to hear more opinions of the ending from the cast and crew on what the ending means.
