I'm relative new to the site, and I've tried to find information - some pages said it was a RPG, some said it was a cardgame, some said it was a guide to episode 1-13 and then 14-26... I'm not really sure what it is!

There's earlier stuff on this Other BESM anime supplements - though I wouldn't hold my breath. They'ev been hit badly by the collapse of the $US and have cut back on their release cycles - the 3rd Utena book, originally due in February, is still nowhere to be seen on their site
