From October 4, 1995 to October 4, 2015 they should gift us a Ova or movie(like gainax did with diebuster/gunbuster in thier 20th anniversary)or any other Fanservice as they called it

Those are pretty obscene expectations guaranteed to leave you disappointed.

We already got the BD box for the 20th anniversary. If there was some animation project for release in October it would have been announced long ago.

The only realistic expectations are for a bunch more merch and fan events neither which will deliver anything of substance.

At the outside, there might be another movie airing, and the faintest chance of an "it's not dead yet" teaser for 3.0+1.0 at the very end.

Ugh, the NTV Roadshow that aired all those preview just announced that they're airing american Godzilla on the 25th with Anno's Godzilla information attached to that.

There's no point in winding up the Eva marketing machine when Anno is busy with the Godzilla one.

All I expect to happen Eva related on the 20th Anniversary are two things:

1. A lot of fans will make crazy announcements, speculations & bitch about "Anno trolling with no Final yet". Which he isn't. Trolling is not a thing outside the world of sexist basement dwellers.

2. At best, that will be the week Animator Expo releases the short film that ties into the Evangelion universe.

I expect the true 20th anniversary of the show will yield nothing Evangelion-related of any importance. I think it's a sad expectation to have, but given the events of the past few chronologically-significant days on the calendar, I have learned not to expect any different.

I expect nothing as there is no indication that I should expect something. It's a good way to avoid disappointment, hence why I have given up trying to predict when 3.0 will come out here, let alone when 3.0+1.0 will.
