Question: How are all of you able to get your avatars down to the 125x125 pixel size? There are a few files I have that I would to use, but I can't get them small enough without destroying the image.

I generally pick items that don't have too much detail in them, and shrink them down manually. Faces and the like are good for that. Really intricate things won't make it in.
