Can anyone make out what the blue tendrily thing is? Or the red thing it keeps cutting to is?

Judging by what we see of Earth either Third Impact happens or Near-Third Impact was a lot nearer than I thought.

We need a better quality video or some screenshots, ASAP.

Arael (or a third new angel) confirmed for coming back! It's the last angel not get an appearance, be it direct or in spirit, so I'm good with this. :cool: Now if only they can confirm the real names of Kushiel and Othniel.

It looks like a combination of Arael and Armisael to me, and from what I remember of 2.0 it had a habit of combining Angels so it makes a lot of sense.

They sure seem to be putting a lot of focus on this particular fight. I have a feeling that since they only have 1 or 2 angels left to show they're going to make this a big one. Considering this is a combination of the fights that broke Asuka and killed Rei in the original series I'm fascinated to see what they do with it in 3.0. Asuka looks to be in a lot of trouble.
Also, is it just me or is Unit 02 in Beast mode and being directly controlled by Asuka like Mari against Zeruel?

Also what was the big triangle thing? A ship? An angel? Was Asuka fighting in space? It didn't quite look like it to me.

そのラストで、公開日が11月17日に決定したことが知らされた。

　「EVA-EXTRA」とは、2009年公開の前作『ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版:破』のときに発行されたフリーペーパー及び情報媒体で、

It was a backdoor code that Mari used maybe Asuka learned the method.

This just made me realise that this is likely going to be 3.0's answer to the MP Eva fight in EoE, since they both seem to have Asuka fighting alone whilst completely berserk against one hell of a tough enemy.
