There were a bunch of "official anthology" manga on Eva published and done by mangaka whom Gainax invited to draw parodies on Eva. I remember seeing that manga in one of the "anthologies"....

Judging by Shinji's eyecolor, Kaworu's expression and the drawing style, this is most likely EMK. We all know he's a bit... uh, straighforward.
