i agree
cosplay just makes the anime that they are cosplaying look bad or worde in a few cases
i have yet to see a really good cosplayer besides the one of Touji in a plugsuit which is somewhere in this thread.
the plugsuit accually looked real for a change.

And does anyone else think those two girls cosplaying as Rei and Asuka look really stoned? Perhaps they were drugged into wearing those costumes.

When I went to Anime Central this past May, I went as Rei on Saturday and part of Sunday. On Saturday, some dude came up to me while I was walking out of a food market in the convention center and eating a cookie, and wanted a picture of me. I was like, "Um... you sure you want a shot of me eating?" I don't remember what he said back to me, but he took the picture anyway (I was trying my best not to look like a retard-- I mean, Rei Ayanami eating Famous Amos cookies? Weird), and ever since I've been trying to find that damn picture on the Internet. No luck. ;_;

And then there was a guy who wanted my two friends and I to pose with his daughter (she was only like, 9 or 10) while we were in our costumes. Can't find that either. ><

Does anyone know where I can get an ingerdence list for a costume?? Belive it or not but there is a convention coming and a friend and I are going. But I dont know who as so any suggestionS?

Oh, you mean ingredients? :P

Um... it depends on what kind of costume you want to make. You can find a lot of different fabrics and such at a local Jo-Ann Fabrics or whatever. You can also find patterns for suits, vests, pants, and pretty much anything else.
