The thing about cosplays is, if you make it yourself, it shouldn't cost very much at all.

As far as I'm concerned, the lack of a unit 01 plug suit means that these costumes weren't meant to be worn. :)

I just bought 2 volumes of the German NGE manga licensed by Carlsen Comics for 6,20€ each.

Volume 4 and Volume 5 (Asuka ...hrhrhr)

I really love the art, it´s almost better than the anime.

And they changed the whole "Introducing Asuka" thing in the manga.

The german translation... not so much.

But it´s not a big loss since I just bought them for the art and Asuka.

Just in case you aren't already aware, the 400% Sync has no accessories (bar the obvious armor pieces). It was actually my first Spec-XS and that was a letdown for me. I don't care anymore though because I have all the others now :) Guess you'll be all good having an/other(s) too though.

Yeah, its got 4 more Eva's to be around. Along with a Positron Rifle. I mainly got it because of how awesome it looks.

I'll try to get some images, but they'll either be Low-Quality DSi Images or hard to see... Of course, I could always take images in a different room than my own.

I am really looking foward to recieving Mari though, as she will be my very first Figma i've ever bought. (And I decided i'd start with that because of all the negative feedback about the Revoltech Fraulein line of figures.)

Picked up some End of Evangelion Gashapon figures off Ebay. I bought 5 of them, and they came in these sealed capsules so I didn't know which figures I would get. There was 5 possible figures: Unit 01 with a rifle, Unit 02, two different types of Harpies, or GNR/Lilith. I really wanted to get Lilith, since there are so few figures of her out there, but unfortunately, I was out of luck. I was pretty satisfied with the figures I got anyway. I ended up getting 2 Unit 01s, and 3 Harpies. If I wasn't gonna get Lilith, I would've liked to get Unit 02 instead of another Unit 01, but oh well One of the cool things is that each of the figures come with extra interchangeable pieces, like wings for the harpies, different heads, arms, etc. They're still selling them on Ebay if anyone's interested: http://cgi.ebay.com/End-Evangelion-Gashapon-Toy-New-Japanese-Import-/200312521227?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0
