I'm glad they added the arm instead of some piece of an angel that'll just be stowed away in the box forever. lol

But seriously if you own the normal version already, $45-$50 just for a damaged head is super slap worthy on its own........be glad you sold it and recouped some of your money.

Quite! The revoltech gods might hear you then release a slightly repainted Eva 02 that they know we'll have to buy!

My god you guys check every detail eh? The border of Unit 02's space shield not being red? And the head being ugly looking? Are you guys rivet counters or something? Anywho I think its great that Kaiyodo has included an extra arm for Unit-02 thats properly sculpted and designed to match the arm seen at the beginning of Eva 3.0. The beauty with Revoltechs is that it seems Kaiyodo is always gracious enough to admit when their wrong and will include replacement parts or accessories to make up for their mistakes in the next release. Very nice work.

Anyways I wouldnt mind getting these Revoltechs. If Bandai/Tamashi Nations can work on releasing the other versions of Unit 02 and Unit 08 seen later in the film along with Unit-13 I think I'd be satisfied.

if your that bothered about Eva-02 shield not having the red along the edges can't you do it yourself with some paint and a steady hand?. Its probably cheaper than holding out for a corrected version

Also didn't notice until now but it looks like the Revoltech Evas have now copied the RD Eva's tendency to use small metal pins to attach the toes on each foot. Look at Unit-08's toes and you'll see what I mean. Fascinating. Looks like I "might" have to order these Revoltechs afterall....

I just think the arm will look just as cool on a normal 02 which is why I'm glad they added it to this one. I was never a fan of the damaged 02 head, so sue me.I mean just because something is new doesn't always mean its good.
I love 08 though, shes spiffy. ^^

Well... Unit 08b will probably come with the handgun and the rifle... Maybe the spare battery it throws at Unit 02 (BTW, does anyone figures how the Eva used it?)... Also, it won't come with the space shield 'cuz Unit 08 only uses it in the alpha version, after that it's only 08b...

I must admitt that im very impressed with the extra arm for the 02 beta...im sofa king happy, and you where rigth, the eva 08 got the rigth things at the rigth time XDD

Last thing I did? Bought a second unit 03 to paint it silver; next thing I know: they release an official one... Of course, I've since sold both my custom and the Mark 6 to buy the red lances set

So is the Mark 6 in this set FINALLY getting a red spear?
If so, I might just grab this one since I have neither figures anyway.
