Ok...
I was more on the line of mecha figures... I'm pretty sure gaps like those wouldn't be acceptable in a human figure... Hence, they evolve...
Besides, it's those odd gaps what make the RD able to bend like that...
In any case, an Eva is not a true robot, the fact that there's a biological entity under the armor makes hard for toymakers to capture it's essence, 'cuz a robot can never move like a human does... I think that's why we see so many "errors" in the figures, no matter which brand they're from, maybe some focus too much on the Robotic aspect of the Evas, while others on the human part...

Which Figures should I go for?

I've been browsing the internet lately, looking for info on evangelion figurines. I've seen Roveltechs and Robot Damashii's and im shure there are other makers. But I cant seem to decide which figures are better. And that is why im here, I would like to ask which ones you like the best and why. Any input to better my decision would be much appreciated! :grin:

P.S. I apologize if my grammar is incorrect. :sweatdrop:

Get the kits Bandai puts out of the Eva's themselves.

They're fucking epic. I've got the original Unit 01, a Rebuild Awakened Unit 01 still being put together, and I'm hoping to get a Rebuild Unit 02....

Oh, Revoltechs snap their joints very easily.

They only released unit 01-02 and 02 beserk on retail, 01 god mode,00 and 03 were tamashii excluisve,if you find them on ebay they must be expensive,no word on the continuation of the line.

The LoL looks good, but it's rather small...
I don't think the price tag is fair though... To expensive for something RD's or Revos can do...

Man that Riobot Unit 01 was a dissappointment lol No arm articulation,cept alittle in the shoulder,ball/peg hands,seams everywhere and damn I thought the big selling point for this was the improved waist/legs lol I still see gaps in certain poses.Only cool things were the use of green trans plastic and the head sculpt although it does look a little weird with its mouth open.Oh well at least now I wont have to sell out around $700 for a full set of Riobot Evas IF they even do it after this disaster.....
