Yes Diebuster is in the game and you are right the copyright i wrote is credit for that. But there is no copyright that says Khara. I found 2 more copyrights in the game that say GAINAX and something else but it's in Japanese. It is too long so it doesn't seem it says Khara and i think it should be in english too if this was the case.

If anyone is interested they can check the copyrights in the trailer that appear at 11:19.

Seventh entry down is Khara (カラー).

Entries #2 and #3 which start with "GAINAX" are related to Gurren Lagann (one for the TV series and one for the theatrical features), and the only other GAINAX mention is for Diebuster. So the pattern holds: Eva is Khara's now.

Thanks for clearing this up Reichu. I thought it would appear as KHARA at the credits but i was wrong.

I wonder how this will affect the NGE live action movie... it was Gainax that was giving it legal problems, right?

IIRC ADV's option for LAEM expired and since then noone in the west has the rights to make it. Which is good.

Very good. Would hate to see a live action Evangelion.

Wikipedia says their option was perpetual, and that it was simply Gainax's illegal refusal to accept payment that was the issue. Was it resolved / determined then?

Had to dig around translating moon-speech via various websites, but I see it now. (The only non-Romanized variation of "Khara" I can readily recognize is the Greek word "Xapa.")

Amazing!
