If you're commissioning a Wunder for your Revos it would cost significantly more than $840

For example a ~2m long Starship Enterprise "tabletop" model kits start at no less than $1k. That's just an unfinished kit you build yourself.

You're asking for something at least 4 times that in volume. If you want it fully finished the prices at least doubles.

You're better off buying like a dozen or two RAHs and posing them in silly ways :hahaha:

EDIT: Forgot to add that building the Wudner from scratch yourself would be a hell of a lot cheaper but in the end depends on how easily and cheaply you can acquire materials. Dumpster diving is perfectly acceptable if it's for such a noble goal.

Disregard reality, acquire decently scaled Autonomous Assault Ark.

Not fussed about it being to scale as that will never happen but if they made a latter wunder similar to what hasbro did when making a quinjet and helicarrier for there avengers figures that would be Fine, expensive but sweet.

If not that then is say something size-wise in between a hasbro Star wars replica toy ship and hot toys dark knight tumbler would be decent. If its in the tumbler size then price would be about 300-500 pounds. Still a lot but if the quality is there why not.

Hell even if a 12" wide, 17" long AAA Wunder would make me happy, and yes it would most likely be Hung from the ceiling

The Bandai kits are non-scale. I can't find any official numbers anywhere but I'm not expecting them to be significantly different in size from all the previous offerings which are 22~23cm to the top of pylons when standing up straight.

EDIT:

Japan has the kits already.

Confirmation right in the manual for 08 that 8+2 is both possible and encouraged.

Left and right side on seperate trees.

The H tree is also the same exact mold for both kits but configured differently.
At this point it's pretty obvious that they've left themselves room to not only do an actual 8+2 kit but also do a potential 02+08 double combo kit like they sometimes do, either for events or for mass market.

Bandai kits are normally about 12" high...
RD are around 6"...

Also, I find very interesting the 2+8 Eva with the kits
But given the production changes that may (and will) occur I see it kinda pointless...
And if that is the case I want a Revo of the original Eva 08!

The PG Eva-01 is 12ish inches to top of head
The HGs are 9 inches maximum to top of pylons

Left to right: TV HG 01, PG, NME HG
That's a 12 inch ruler behind them.

Old and crappy pic but I'm too lazy to take a new one.

Oh that, yeah there're bound to be some changes but at least this time Bandai delivers on the milking. Unlike 00' and 03 for Ha :irked:

05 needs something, ANYTHING more than just a Revo....

EDIT: This actually jogged my memory.

I remembered that back in 2009 together with the Ha theatrical release all the hobby magazines did their usual cross promition shtick.

I remembered thinking Dengeki Hobby had a 05 scratch build for a dio

Looking it up and nope. They just had Hide Iwai fix up the Revo.

I also remembered that Akira Tani (extremely prolific sculptor, mostly famous for Five Star Stories kits) also did a build but I couldn're remember whether it was for Hobby Japan or Model Graphix.
After a bit of digging it turned out to be Hobby Japan but he didn't just scratchbuild it for a one-off article. It's a proper resin kit :D

The only problem is that it's a bloody resin kit and the only one on Y!J right now is 20,000 yen....

Mari arguably has the tightest body of all the Eva children sans Shinji's child-bearing hips.

The Mark.09 figure is unbelievable and I absolutely love the comparison pic with Unit-00, you can totally see the differences.

Glowing review of Eva-02'γ Revoltech up on The Kaiju Planet:
http://kaijuplanet.blogspot.com.au/2013/09/figure-review-revoltech-yamaguchi.html

Checked my PO box this afternoon too for Mark.09. There was a pick-up notice in there but the collection booth was closed as it was after hours.

:um:

Now just to wait until Monday.
