I've been so busy with real life and fell behind with Panty and Stocking (only watched up to episode 3) that I guess I'll have to wait for the series to finish before watching the rest of it (I have some other programs on my plate I want to finish watching anyway).

Just rumor...but Masayuki and/or Tsurumaki are still in line to direct later episodes.
Nothing is so valuable that it need not be started afresh, nothing is so rich that it need not be enriched constantly.
None of them. There are no Japanese directors behind this show. It's all McCracken under a pseudonym as a revenge for this.
