It's not for everyone that's for sure. Everyone is always asking me to quit but I still enjoy it far too much. It takes the edge out of the day and creates a smoother transition from one day to the next. Everyone is allowed their vices.

The photo was snapped by a buddy of mine after I lit up during the "Light the Night" cancer walk. I actually try to attend and donate to every cancer walk I can. It's not because of my overly generous personality either. I consider it a future investment. Hopefully, by the time I get cancer (which at the rate I smoke is probably inevitable) they will have found a cure.
It's difficult in times like these; ideals, dreams and cherished hopes rise within us, only to be crushed by grim reality.
It's a wonder I haven't abandoned all my ideals, they seem so absurd and impractical.
