This may be an odd question and it really doesn't have an answer but oh well.
What do you think would happen if Unit 01 was to consume another s2 organ?
For some reason I've been thinking about this, and I have no answer.

My guess would be; nothing.

Unit-01 probably only needed to consume the S^2 organ in order to "learn" its genetic makeup so that its could repair it and "grow" its own organ around it. In a similar way to how Unit-01 appropriated Zeruel's arm in order to remake its own, it probably appropriated the S^2 organ in order to simply makes its own.

Consuming another organ would probably do nothing as Unit-01 would have it "missing" piece at that point.

Yui would then have a pair of balls, which would then spawn a monstrous psychedelic penis 20 meters high. All the other Evangelions would gather 'round and all of the souls would all "woah!" at each other, with hands in the air like some tribal dance.

Actually nothing would happen, except that Yui would have a pair of S2 engines. Makes me wonder if she would gain any of Israfel's abilities though, considering that angel had two cores. Then Yui could split into two and make hot lesbian love to herself. Yes please.

Unit-01 will pull a Unit-02 V. MPE fight, but a 1000 times more awesome and 10 times faster.

My own guess would also be nothing. Yui's already got what she needs. Anything else is just meat.

The extra S2 engine would cancel out the existing S2 engine. So, essentially, Eva-01 would be back where it started.

not possible by the laws of physics. metaphysics mabey, but with the S2, its physics.
