I felt dirty reading both, TBH. If you're digging SIRP for the art & cuteness, you might be disappointed by Angelic Days--the art IMO is awful, and the cuteness goes WAY beyond 11 on a scale of 10. I can rant on about Sadamoto's take on the manga
(oversimplification! needless exposition! characterizations that go nowhere! devolution into simplicity! generic! generic! generic!), but I'll just leave it all to a different thread--or better yet, myself. I don't feel like I have any room to criticize the dude since, well, I AM buying the manga, and I STILL read what he writes regardless of how much I claim to be displeased about it.
