True, altough to be honest (aside from Thief) i don't really know any other stealth game (and in a way i can see him identifying a lot with Snake, they might be quite similar in some aspects)

I never played them, but I looked at the synopsis of it's plot, and it doesn't seem well though out. The games may be great for all I care, but the plot is pretty meh. MGS, on the other hand...

Shinji would be Miss Pauling, if you read the little comics they release on the website (which are pretty funny if you don't).

Alternatively: Shinji would be a crate. Completely useless unless you spend the money to open it up, and then only slightly more useful except that one time you get an unusal and he goes 400% synch ratio.
