HELP! Address of Gainax Headquarters before 2004

The building I'm looking for is the same where we can see the graffitis of EoE https://wiki.evageeks.org/File:Eoe_death_threats3.jpg, and I know it wasn't demolished until 2011, as we can see here https://www.evageeks.org/2011/10/gainax-graffiti/

apparently a lot of people missed the building because the entrance was semi-underground
its probably how the graffiti was able to be done with no one noticing now that I think about it

Veroex, you are an actual God. I honestly can't thank you enough for finding all these infos for me, going out of your way trying to help. Seriously, wow, you've found everything I needed, this is so damn great.
The only thing I desired to know was the actual address, since I'm going to Japan in September (hoping flights will start again by that time), and desperately wanted to see at least the location where Anno and Gainax made their magnum opus. I already knew the previous building could have been demolished, so I was just wishing for the coordinates: but the unexpected front pic from twitter too, wow, that's just a perfect plus.
Again, many thanks for answering and taking the time to write all this, seems like the quest has come to an end with you.

This building can be seen in the Window picture and the building at ground level looks old... its possible that Anno and staff ate ramen at this restaurant at some point.

the building was demolished before 2009, and most Japanese buildings only last 30 years due to being made out of wood. The building was probably built during the mid 70's

Im not just thinking the "hexahedron / octahedron"-whatever shape, since thats kinda a simple shape, but rather, how it seems inverted inside (if that makes sense).
Guess thats more obvious in its rebuild counterpart, how it inverts like that on its first shot (https://youtu.be/mdU8dyjgXU0?t=16 at 16seconds), granted, rebuild was much later.
But kinda speculating how its morphing shape always was an idea, but undoable with budget and technology at that time.

Dunno if this has any merit at all, but was first thing that popped in mind when i saw that picture "Hey! Ramiel".

It might be worth looking around the area on google maps; perhaps some locations seen in EOE can be found nearby. The furthest back I saw for the area is 2009...
