English Dub Dream Cast?

I saw Aaron Krohn as Ross in Ethan Hawke's Macbeth a couple years ago. I think he was a good Kaji, and I would prefer him to Steve Blum, because he doesn't just have a stereotypical "tough guy" voice: it's much higher, with more of a lilt and almost lyrical cadence, just as Kaji isn't the James Bond superspy he presents as but a much more thoughtful and philosophically-minded soul.

What VAs would you most like to see in an English dub of Evangelion?

I tend to think that teenage characters should be acted by unknowns, so I actively choose not to have any opinion on their voices. That said, Kristen Schaal is definitely my dream Misato. I'd love to hear her take on the character. I haven't been able to convince any of my friends, but I've mainatained this opinion for years now.
