It does look a little like a mutated Production Model Eva.

I agree, it looks like it could be fanart, but that's too good for it. It might have been something they decided not to add. I've never heard of this really. :roll:

I remember having an argument with a kid in a chat room who called that Angel "Humanis" or the final Angel or something like that. Those were some good times.
