They would all try to kill him in an overly elaborate vengeance scheme that would backfire spectacularly due to miscommunication and mutual distrust. Anno would then proceed to hunt them all down and kill them easily due to knowing their innermost weaknesses...Just as Planned.

The cast would probably band together and proceed to savagely butcher Anno for more or less ruining their lives and their backstories.

The cast of Evangelion had seen giant mechas, giant aliens, soul transfer, horrors of the post- Second Impact world and the end of the world itself. I really don't think that meeting their "creators" from another universe would bother them too much at all.
And try to imagine the pure horror of creators if such contact would ever take place.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but at one point, didn't Hideaki Anno actually date the Japanese V/A for Asuka back when the series first came out? So I think the relationship between Anno and Asuka would be...rather interesting to say the very least.
As for the relationship between Anno and Shinji, I think Anno would have one of two reactions:
1. Smack the hell out of him.
2. Give him a much needed hug because heaven knows he needs it!

This was suggested in the Evangelion Kaibunsho; but other indications are that this didn't happen. (The version I heard was that he got shot down, and hence Asuka's treatment in EoE.)
