1) Do you have any personal speculations on how Asuka's character development will go for the rest of the films, compared to Soryu?

2) What are your thoughts on the fans who feel Asuka Shikinami is "inferior" to Asuka Soryu and thus dislike the new movies because Soryu isn't in them?

3) What do you find is the best approach to vocally demonstrate that Asuka Shikinami is a more subdued Asuka compared to Asuka Soryu?

4) How does it feel working with all the old cast members again?

1) According to SMASH con, you answered a question that you were instructed to play Asuka Soryu and Asuka Shikinami as separate people. Why do you think there was a name change to begin with? Do you know the reason why, but you're not allowed to say because it's top secret?

2) Is the dialogue for both Neon Genesis Evangelion and New Movie Edition recorded before the animation process?

3) Do you think that Anno and Studio Khara truly are making New Movie Edition something different from Neon Genesis Evangelion?

Further clarification. On question two to Ms. Miyamura, the question should be specifically about whether or not the animation was drawn to match the vocals. Animation can be done after the vocals and still not be prelay.

Hmm, that question may be too open-ended and would give us no information to conclude our speculations here - i'd ask if we got a face to face though, but i don't think those are common in large entertainment conventions.

It depends on the vendors, but maybe they'll have extra Eva stuff because the Asukas will be there, then again, maybe they wont. Madman normally has really good prices on all their stuff at cons though, and you never know what you're going to find on the day, so bring plenty of money just in case.

I've never been to Supanova before, only to SMASH which is a lot smaller, so I really don't know exactly what to expect.

Dayum, Supanova was bloody awesome! Couldn't pick you out of the crowd Faz unfortunately. But lots of nosebleed cosplays fortunately for me :)

The Q&A with Miyamura-san was actually very intimate in the first 15-20 minutes (only approx 10 people in the room). Yes i got a question out with an answer we can partly speculate on for the next movie :). I also got some notes on other various things she said in the seminar. Ill post em up soon. Oh and an overdub surprise for us later :P.

Tiffany Grant & Matt Greenfield Sunday Supanova 2011

In the Grant & Greenfield recording, there's some interesting stuff about the correspondents between Gainax and ADV during their localization of the series (near the end), as well as some stuff about LAEM (about 14:20 mins in), and Tiffany talked a bit about playing Shikinami at the start of the panel (my question, plus she noticed my hat).

Miyamura said she didn't know how far along the production of Q was, but that it will likely be delayed like 2.0 was (my question º3º). She also talked about how much she enjoyed living in Australia with her fake-blade wielding, police agitating, ninja apprentice husband, her baby which is due in a few weeks, how much she enjoys screaming out crazy catchphrases when she's acting, and KICKING OUT THE JAMS with a live dubbing performance.

I got a bunch of stuff too, which I posted in the Recent Hauls thread here.

Couldn't pick you out of the crowd Faz unfortunately.

S'cool, though I thought it would have been easy with the big EVAGEEKS.ORG on the side of my top-hat.
